DI BALIK PERUBAHAN IKLIM, ADB MENGEKSPLOITASI SUMBER DAYA ALAM
Jakarta, 16 Juni 2009. Bank Pembangunan Asia (ADB) bekerjasama dengan TERI (The Energy and Resources Institute) mengadakan High Level Dialogue bertajuk Climate Change in Asia and the Pacific – A Development Changllenge di Kantor Pusat ADB, Pasig, Filipina, mulai 16 – 18 Juni 2009. Pertemuan ini dihadiri oleh perwakilan dari lembaga finansial global, pebisnis, akademisi, dan lembaga internasional.
(Manila, Philippines, 16 June 2009) – On Tuesday, hundreds of small fishers flocked in front of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Headquarters to demand payment for the environmental problems that ADB projects wrought to coastal communities. The demand was made during the opening of the High Level Dialogue on Climate Change in Asia and the Pacific which is being organized by the ADB.
